Returns & Refunds

The windows and conditions below are sensible defaults for Zambia, not legal advice. Read them, change the numbers to what you will actually honour, then delete this box.
Changing your mind
You may return an unworn piece within 7 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. It must be in its original condition, with any packaging. Return delivery is paid by you unless the piece was faulty or not what you ordered.
Faulty or wrong items
If a piece arrives damaged, faulty, or is not what you ordered, tell us within 48 hours with a photo. We cover return delivery and either replace it or refund you in full.
What we cannot take back
For hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned once the packaging is opened, unless faulty. This does not affect your statutory rights.
How refunds are paid
Refunds go back to the mobile money number that paid, normally within 5 working days of the piece reaching us. Mobile money charges are not refundable.
