Who we are
Chain Reaction, based in Lusaka, Zambia. We source jewelry from suppliers abroad and resell it here. We do not manufacture the pieces we sell.
Prices and stock
Prices are in Zambian Kwacha and include any taxes we are required to charge. Stock is limited and a piece is only reserved once payment succeeds. If something sells while it is in your bag, we will tell you and nothing will be charged.
Payment
Payment is by mobile money through Bila. You approve the charge with your own PIN on your own phone; we never handle or store it. Your order is confirmed only when the payment clears.
Delivery
We arrange delivery after payment and confirm timing with you directly. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees.

Covered by our returns policy.
Photographs
We photograph pieces as accurately as we can, but screens differ and natural stones vary. Small differences in colour or grain are normal and are not a fault.
